Thank you for using ABCmouse English.​
We have decided to terminate the service of ABCmouse English. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers.​

February 1, 2023 00:00 AM: Stop accepting new members
00:00 am on February 1, 2023: Suspension of automatic renewal in the subscription service (Automatic renewal with Apple payment has ended on December 21, 2022 for the 1-year plan only)​
　The service will end in order from February onwards according to the registration date/renewal date. Customers with 6-month and 1-year contracts who have a remaining period after July 2023 will be refunded.​
February 1, 2023, 00:00 AM: Product codes purchased at Rakuten Ichiba will not be accepted or registered ​​
23:59 on June 30, 2023: End of service provision​

[About refunds]​
■ Those who use plans for 6 months or more, or those who have registered a product code and whose service will be terminated before the expiration of the contract period.
We will refund the fee for the remaining period after July 2023 according to the contract status.​
​
■Those who have not used the product code after purchasing it​
We will refund your payment in full.​
​
■ For those using the 1-month plan or 3-month plan
No special procedures are required.​
​

■ Refund method
From January 17, 2023, we will start refunding sequentially before the end of the service. We are planning to process the refund by the end of April, but please understand that it may take some time for credit card procedures.​
In addition, if you cannot confirm that the refund has been made by the end of April, or if you have not received an individual notification email regarding the refund procedure (excluding Apple payments), please contact our inquiry desk by the end of April 2023. .​
■Customers who have registered on the website and are using the service as a subscription​
Credit card payment: Refunds will be automatically made to the registered credit card. If there is a problem with the procedure, we will contact you at your registered email address.​
Rakuten ID payment: Refunds will be automatically made to the credit card associated with the registered Rakuten ID. If there is a problem with the procedure, we will contact you at the email address associated with your Rakuten ID.​
■Customers who are using the service as a subscription by registering with Apple Payment
Please contact Apple support directly for inquiries by the end of March. https://support.apple.com/ja-jp/HT204084　Refunds from Apple will be supported, so please contact Apple to confirm the refund timing. If you have any questions, please contact us by the end of April.​
■Customers who purchased a product code from Rakuten Ichiba
Please note that you will not be able to register product codes after February 1, 2023.​
The refund method depends on the payment method used when placing the order. For details, please check the information in the email sent from Rakuten Ichiba.​
In addition, if the purchase date has passed a certain period of time, or if there is a problem with the procedure, we will contact you individually.​
Before using the service -Those who have not used the product code will receive a full refund.​
If you are using the service - Those who have registered the product code will be refunded for the remaining period after July 2023.​

■ Those who were scheduled to automatically renew (scheduled to be billed) in February​
Customers who are registered as members as of January 31, 2023 can use it free of charge for 30 days after the scheduled renewal date (scheduled billing date) in February.​
