Major functions
1. Merchant search
- Use the phone’s GPS function to find Merchants nearby the current location
- Search by address, station name and good genre is also available. Users can search for any Merchant nationwide.
- Reporting function. Users can report shops which information is not accurate, payment was not accepted or the shop has closed (Japanese Only)
2. Balance check and usage history (Ticket Restaurant® Touch users only)
- Balance is updated in real time and available 24 hours.
- From the usage history, recently visited Merchants can be identified easily.
3. Information
- Relevant and recent information including new Merchants.
- Other major notices to users.
4. Card blocking (Ticket Restaurant® Touch users only)
- If the card is lost or stolen, the users can block the usage of the card.
Notices:
 This app can be used by employees who receive the Ticket Restaurant® meal allowance employee benefit.
 Before using the app, users need to register their account at the myedenred.jp/TRT portal (Ticket Restaurant® Touch only)
 Data usage is the responsibility of the users
